Final Order / Judgement

The matter is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that they have asked not to claim any compensation in the impugned order.

Since the vehicle has been sold and there is no specifi interest they are not able to give exact amount.

In view of above submission , we hereby modified the order by directing the appellant not to claim any interst after vehicle sold.

The memo is made part and parcle of the order.

The appeal is disposed of Lok Adalat.
