ORDER

     Complainant in person has appeared and as his identity proof, he has filed copy of his driving licence. Today he has withdrawn this consumer complaint as the matter has been settled. He put an endorsement to this effect on the first page of the consumer complaint itself. In view of the endorsement made by complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
