Learned Counsel for the Appellant is absent on repeated calls.
 
Learned Counsel Mr. S. C. Pradhan is present on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 and submitted that in response to the order of learned Dist. Consumer Forum, Bhawanipatna, he has already paid Rs.6,000/- to the Complainant/ Respondent No.1 and has replaced the engine of Complainant's tractor.
 
On perusal of records, it is found that  Respondent No. 2 has already complied with the part of the order of learned  Dist. Consumer Forum, Bhawanipatna and rest of the order has to be complied by appellant.
 
To-day in-spite of repeated calls, neither the Appellant nor his Counsel is present. Appellant was also absent on dt.08-12-2022 and dt.29-12-2022.
 
Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
