Today is fixed for compliance and further order.

It is evident from the record that the record was put up on 26.07.2019 on the strength of the put up petition filed by the complainant stating that the case has been amicably settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat of this ld. Forum and as per order of the Ld. Lok Adalat, OP-2 has submitted the ‘No Objection Certificate’ before this ld. Forum and he prayed for withdrawing the same and also prayed for disposing of the case after receipt of the ‘No Objction certificate’.

It is also evident that the complainant has received the ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the ld. Forum by putting his signature and date after identified by the ld. Counsel of the complainant. So as per prayer of the complainant we have no hesitation to dispose of the present complaint.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 32/2018 be and the same is disposed of as per order of the Lok Adalat with full satisfaction. There is no order as to costs.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
