Present:- None for the complainant

As per report of Ahlmad, the present complaint has been received through E-Dakhil Portal on 22.12.2023. Thereafter Notice was issued to the complainant for 05.01.2024 to complete the file. On request of the complainant, case was adjourned for 15.1.2024, but on 15.1.2024, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant and case was fixed for awaiting appearance of complainant for 16.1.2024. Today, again none has appeared on behalf of complainant nor the file has been completed. It seems that the complainant is not interested to persue the case. Therefore, the present complaint is disposed of for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
