ORDER

The case has been called out for hearing the second time.  Still, no one appears for the Petitioner, who happens to be General Motors India Pvt. Ltd.

Under the circumstance and having regard to the fact that the Petitioner was proceeded against ex-parte by the District Forum and its Appeal has been dismissed for non-prosecution, we are constrained to dismiss the present Revision Petition for non-prosecution.  Ordered accordingly.
