Mr. Vivek Suri, Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondents/Complainants, submits that the matter has been settled in the Execution proceedings before the State Commission and that the entire amount has been paid to the Complainants in full and final settlement.

In view of the submission, this Appeal is disposed of as settled.

Ld. Counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the statutory amount of ₹35,000/- deposited by the Appellant in this Commission at the time of filing the present Appeal.

At this juncture, Ld. Counsel for the Complainants submits that the costs of ₹10,000/-, imposed on the Appellant on the last date of hearing, are yet to be paid by the Appellant.

The Registry is directed to release the statutory amount to the Appellant, out of which the Appellant shall remit a sum of ₹10,000/- directly to the Complainants.
