Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner submitted that he has filed this Application being M.A. No.805/2024 seeking one week’s time from this date of hearing to deposit the amount as ordered by this Commission on 22.08.2024.  The delay in preparing the draft was on account of delay in obtaining sanction from the appropriate authority and delay in preparation of the same and it was not a willful delay. 

          In view of the submission, the M.A. is allowed.  One week’s time is granted for making the required payment to the State Commission along with an additional cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the Petitioner to be deposited in the legal aid account of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Uttarakhand.  This amount shall be recovered from those staff/officials who delayed in preparation of the draft to be deposited in the State Commission.
