Present revision petition was dismissed by this Commission vide order dated 7.3.2012.

Aggrieved by the order of this Commission, petitioner filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 27.3.2012 dismissed the Special Leave Petition.

However, the directions given by this Commission for payment of costs, have been set aside.

Under these circumstances, no further order is required to be passed by this Commission.
