ORDER:

Today, the case is fixed for consideration. Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint on account of technical defect, seeking permission to file afresh on the same cause of action.

In view of the statement of learned counsel of complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with the provision of law. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
