The Complainant alongwith his Counsel got recorded his separate statement to the effect that the dispute has been settled between the parties in the proceedings pending before the Hon'ble State Commission, Chandigarh vide order dated 12.11.2024 passed in Revision Petition bearing No.31 of 2024, so he does not want to persue with the present complaint.
