          This is a complaint filed under sections 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986  for  directing the opposite parties to pay to the complainant a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service and mental agony caused to the complainant and to pay cost of this complaint. 

          2. Notice was issued to the opposite parties.  The opposite parties appeared and filed reply versions.  Complainant filed proof affidavit.  The first opposite party endorsed no evidence.  No interest shown by OP2 to adduce evidence.  Hence, the OP2 side evidence closed and the matter was posted for arguments. 

3. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant absent.  OP1 absent.  OP2 present.  Counsel for OP2 absent.  No representation made for complainant.  The complainant was absent for more than one year.  No interest show by him to adduce evidence and to proceed the matter.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
