This is a complaint filed under sections 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the opposite parties to pay to the complainant a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service and mental agony caused to the complainant and to pay cost of this complaint.
2. Notice was issued to the opposite parties. The opposite parties appeared and filed reply versions. Complainant filed proof affidavit. The first opposite party endorsed no evidence.
