Complainant and opposite party are present and moved joint memo signed by both parties stating that opposite party agreed to provide Camel colour shoe to the complainant and the complainant agreed to receive the same and further complainant endorsed on the memo stating that he received camel colour shoe. 

     The opposite party has also endorsed stating that he issued camel colour shoes to complainant.  Hence, complainant prays to persist him to withdraw the complaint.

     In view of joint memo is filed the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
