This consumer complaint is filed by C.O. Sudhakaran, S/o. Unnikuttan, Aasariparambil House, Kongorppilly P.O., Aalangad, Paravoor alleging deficiency of service and unfair trade practice from the side of Adv. Shaju Varghese and others. The Commission upon receiving the complaint had issued notice to the complainant to appear before the Commission for a preliminary hearing. The admission hearing of the complainant in the instant complaint was made on 26/09/2023. The subject matter of the complaint is regarding deficiency of service from the part of the opposite parties who were the counsels of the complainant in a Civil Case. At the time of hearing the complainant had not offered any explanation regarding the question of limitation. Moreover the cause of action of this case took place in the year 2014 and complainant warrants enormous evidence curtailing the limit of the Consumer Commission. The Commission also had failed to produce any evidence to prove that the Commission had any consumer relation with the opposite parties. In this circumstance, the Commission had not admitted the complaint and therefore this petition is dismissed.
