Ld Advocate for the complainant is present. Heard the Ld. Advocate. It is observed from the correspondence by the OP1 and OP2 due to non-submission of all necessary documents despite sending reminders the claim is not approved. (Annexure P3 page No.28). Hence the Ld Advocate submitted a petition to withdraw the case. The prayer is considered and allowed. Hence the case is not admitted and dismissed.
