A petition has been filed on behalf of the complainant that on account of her necessity for visiting a doctor for medical advice. She is not able to appear before the Commission for hearing on the point of admission for hearing on the point of admission of the present complaint. 

               Today is 21^st day from filing of this complaint within which an order on the point of admission after hearing the complaint is to be passed.

                From perusal of Page-17 of the complaint it appears that admittedly the complainant has not been able to renew his health Insurance policy with O.P.

                  In view of admitted default from the part of the complainant. I do not find any Prima-facie case of deficiency from the part of the O.P. 

                  Hence, the present complaint is dismissed.
