In SLP No.18376 of 2021 titled as Reliance Retail Ltd. Versus Dharam Pal & Anr. the Hon'ble Supreme Court has remanded the case back to Hon'ble National Commission for re-hearing. The point in controversy is same in the present complaint as was in SLP No.18376 of 2021. In view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the present complaint is adjourned sinedie & shall be taken after the decision of Hon'ble National Commisssion or as & when any application is filed by either of the parties. Accordingly File be consigned to the record room.
