                   Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the OP No.1. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that on the instructions of the Complainant, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance      .
