               Op no.1 already exparte.                                                          

               Sh. Karanjeet Service Engineer for ops no.2 and 3.

                   Heard. On 08.11.2023 Sh. Karanjeet, authorized representative i.e. Service Engineer on behalf of ops no.2 and 3 has suffered a statement that a compromise has been arrived at between complainant and ops no.2 and 3 and as per compromise, an amount of Rs.16,500/- has been paid to the complainant and mobile in question has been received from complainant and the complaint may be disposed of accordingly as per compromise. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has received an amount of Rs.16,500/- from representative of ops no.2 and 3 in full and final settlement as matter has been compromised and amount has been received on behalf of complainant. He has further stated that so he does not want to further proceed with the present complaint and withdraws the same being compromised and mobile in question has been handed over to representative of ops no.2 and 3.  In view of the above statements made on 08.11.2023, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
