09.01.2018                           Today the case is fixed for hearing. All the parties are present. The O.P.No.2 appeared through his counsel and filed a time petition.  The O.P.No.1 is present through his representative .The complainant filed a  petition on the ground that she has amicably settled the matter outside the court premises and has received Rs.8,097/- only as settlement amount from the O.P.No.1. The complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further.  

In view of the present compromise petition, the present case is dropped as withdrawn.  

                        Accordingly the case is disposed of.
