          Case called twice, Appellant is not present.  No representation on the side of appellant.  On perusal of the order sheet it is seen that in spite of sufficient opportunities given to the appellant to addrss the arguments, he did not turn up to address the arguments.  It seems he is not interested in continuing his case. Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. As such the appeal is liable to be dismissed.  Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

            Forward copy of this order to both parties as well as concerned District Commission.
