Revision petition was dismissed on 17.05.2012.  Since the litigation costs of Rs.6,000/- and the costs of Rs.2500/- were not paid, the case was adjourned for today to enable counsel for the petitioner to report regarding the payment of litigation costs and the costs on or before today.  Counsel for the petitioner states that the costs have been deposited.  She further states that a cheque in the sum of

Rs.6,000/- was sent to the respondent which has been received back with the postal remarks ‘No such person with such name was available’.

          Counsel for the petitioner is directed to hand over the cheque towards litigation costs to the counsel for the respondent which shall be sufficient compliance of our order.
