Appellant (in F.A.452/11)/opp.party was directed to deposit the decretal amount in two instalments.  It deposited 50% of the amount.  There was a delay in depositing the remaining 50%.  Appellant moved an application seeking extension of time to deposit the second instalment in terms of the order dated 15.12.2011.  This Commission allowed the same and permitted the appellant to deposit the remaining 50% amount along with interest @ 15%.  Appellant has deposited the second instalment of 50% amount with interest @ 15% on 8.6.2012.  Order of this Commission stands complied with.

        Appellant (in F.A. 427/11)/complainant has filed this Misc.Application seeking release of the principal amount.

        State Commission is directed to release the amount deposited by the appellant/opp.party in favour of the complainant subject to his furnishing continuous bank guarantee till the disposal of the appeal.
