On perusal on record we find that previously notices were issued against O.P No. 1 & 2 and same have not served upon them.

Accordingly we think the prayer of the Complainant should be allowed. Accordingly the petition filed by the Complainant is allowed.

Complainant is permitted to arrange paper publication upon the O.P No. 1 and 2 regarding this case.
