1. Taken up through video conferencing.

2.      Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

3.      Perused the material on record.

4.      This appeal has been filed against an interlocutory order dated 13.02.2020 passed by the State Commission with self-admitted delay of 10 days in the application for condonation of delay (the Registry has reported a delay of 102 days).

5.      Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants wish to withdraw their instant appeal and will raise all their issues and contentions and make all their submissions before the forum of original jurisdiction i.e. the State Commission where the complaint is pending adjudication.

6.      This is a fair submission.

7.      The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants to raise all their issues and contentions and make all their submissions before the State Commission.

8.      The State Commission is requested to adjudicate the case before it on merit, on facts and law, in the normal wont.

9.      Let a copy each of this Order be sent to all the parties and to the State Commission by the Registry within three days.
