Both sides are present. It is submitted by both sides that during pendency of this case the matter has been amicably settled in between the parties  as per which the Ld. Counsel for ops has filed a memo along with an A/C payee  cheque bearing No. 201377 dtd. 08.02.2019  for Rs. 2,58,188/- in favour of the complainant and the complainant is present and being identified by his Advocate , received the above cheque with full satisfaction towards full and final settlement of this case and prayed for withdrawal of this case.

                     Heard . Allowed. This case is  hereby dropped as matter being amicably settled in between the parties.
