                   Complainant has filed a petition stating there in that since the complainant has compromised the matter with the O.Ps. out of the forum, he wants to withdraw the complaint petition .The O.Ps. are personally present in the forum . Heard them in person . they all states that the matter has been compromised out of the forum & the complainant may kindly allowed to withdraw the complaint .

                    In view of the above facts, now there is no case before us & we have nothing to adjudicate .. So continuance of this preceding any further is an abuse of the process of court . So the complaint is allowed to withdraw the complaint petition .
