The Complainant is Partly Allowed

 Op1 and Op2  are jointly and Severally hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs 2424836 to the complainnat along with interest at 12 percent per annum from the date of discharge from appollo hospital ie. 12.07.2018 till the payment of the entire amount.
