The complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties along with prayer for seeking direction to the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as damages for the deficiency in service and negligent act of the opposite parties and to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards cost of this proceedings.
Both present. Complainant filed a memo stating compromise arrived both parties and complaint may be dismissed. Memo recorded. Complaint dismissed as settled out of Commission. No costs.
This order has pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 13th May 2022.
