This complaint has been preferred by the complainant U/S-12 of the Consumer Protection Act-1986 against the opposite parties for a direction to replace the washing purifier instead of old a new one to the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- towards compensation for causing mental agony to the complainant due to the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards water charges and for legal expenses to the complainant.
Counsel for the complainant present, counsel for the complainant made an endorsement stating this there was no instruction from the complainant hence the above CC.No.5/2019 may be dismissed as not pressed. Endorsement recorded.
