| Final Order / Judgement | CC.No.2060/2015 Date:16.09.2016 Complainant and counsel for complainant and O.P are present. Advocate for O.p has presented the DD bearing No.428139 dated 16.09.2016 for a sum of Rs.92,050/- drawn on Axis Bank as full and final settlement. The complainant acknowledged the receipt on the said DD and accepted DD as full and final settlement. Earlier both complainant and O.P had filed a joint memo and have agreed the terms and conditions on the said memo. In view of the said memo, today O.P has paid the balance amount of Rs.92,050/- and according to the terms of the said joint memo, the complaint is disposed of. | |
