The complainant files hazira.

           The O.P Bajaj Allianz Gen Ins Co Ltd. files W.V. along with a petition for vacating exparte order.  

            The petition be treated as M.A Case No. 12/2019.

            Heard both sides.

            We find that cause shown for nonappearance is sufficient and accepted.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    That the petition dated 01/02/2019 filed the O.P for vacating exparte order i.e. M.A Case No. 12/2019 is allowed. With Cost Rs. 500/.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of.

          The complainant has already filed evidence on affidavit.

            The OP has paid Rs. 500/ to the Complainant as cost. Receipt is filed.
