            The   Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present .

            The Ld. Advocate for the OP- the Branch Manager, Star Health & Allied Insurance Co. Ltd.  is  present and submits the Affidavit-cum-Declaration of the complainant .

Heard both sides.

As per  the affidavit –cum –declaration of the complainant and the reply of Rajshree Mukherjee, Deputy Manager-Legal of the OP Nos. 1 & 2  Company, it is seen that the dispute in between the parties has been settled down at Rs. 1,82,104/- and the OP-Company has made payment of Rs.1,82,104 (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Two Thousand One Hundred Four only ) towards full and final settlement of the complainant  vide NEFT having UTR no. N304243365677035 dated 30.10.2024

 As the dispute is  settled down  with the full and final satisfaction of the complainant, so we have no other alternative but to dispose of the case.

            Accordingly, it is

                                                         ORDERED

that the Consumer Complainant No.111 /2024 be and the same is disposed of  with full  and final satisfaction of the complainant.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
