None present for both the parties. As this matter is received on transfer from Mumbai Commission, Notices were issued by this commission to the appellant and Respondents. Notice issued to appellant No.1 and Respondent Nos.2 & 9 returned back unserved. But no report about service of notice to appellant No.2 and rest of the Respondents is received. On perusal of the office copy of the notice it reflects that it was issued on the correct address as shown in the appeal memo as well as in complaint. Therefore it will have to be presumed that the Appellant No.2 and rest of the Respondents are served with notice. Hence we find that there is no alternative than to dismiss the appeal in default.  Appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.
