This complaint for filed on 29th November 2018. The complainant was heard and the complaint was admitted on 19th January 2019 a notice was sent to the respondents to appear. The notice was returned and the complainant applied for issue of notice. The application was allowed and the notice for reissued. The complainant again applied for reissue of notice on a new address on 18th February 2020. This application too was allowed and the notice was returned with the remark unclaimed on 7th June 2021. The complainant was to take steps thereafter for the complaint. The complainant was given a last chance to appear for steps on 16th June 2022 however the complainant did not appear before this Commission. A second notice was issued on 25th October 2023 to the complainant. The complainant did not appear and since the matter has been pending for steps of the complainant and even after multiple chances and notices the complainant has failed to appear, this complaint is dismissed in default.

For want of the presence of the complainant, we pass the following order

ORDER

1. For want of the presence of the complainant, the complaint stands dismissed in default.

2. No order as to as to costs

3. The certified copy of this order to be furnished to both parties free of cost

4. The member sets, if any, shall be returned to the complainant, in case the complainant fails to collect the set sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the copy of the order, the same may be destroyed.
