The record is received for disposal through Lok Addalat.

            Parties file hazira.

            We find that the parties have come to settlement of the case. Out of total demand of Rs. 3,15,000/- with interest, the O.Ps have paid Rs. 3,00,000/- (by cheque) to the complainant and the complainant has received the said cheque as full satisfaction. Terms and conditions of the settlement are valid and legal.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the CC. Case No. 44/2017 be and the same is disposed of through Lokadalat in terms and conditions of settlement on full satisfaction.

Copy of the order be supplied to the parties at free of cost.
