This is an appeal filed by the Appellant/Complainant praying this Commission to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 28.02.2017 passed in CC No.244/2014 by the Hon’ble District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ranga Reddy District, L.B. Nagar and to set aside the same and allow the original complaint i.e., CC No.244/2014 as prayed for, in the circumstances of the case.

It is evident from the record that this matter is posted to this day for the 4th time for appearance of the Appellant, but there is no representation on behalf of the Appellant from 17.04.2017. Hence, the matter was ordered to be posted under dismissal caption, even then, the Petitioner is not evincing any interest, it seems that she is not interested to prosecute the petition any further. In the circumstances, the Appeal is dismissed for default.
