This is a complaint filed under section 17 (1) (a) (i) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 by the complainant praying this Commission to transfer the flat No.467 on fourth floor in Station-11 admeasuring 2,132 Sq.feet along with 36.69 square yards of undivided share in total land of 82,976.89 square yards, forming part of Sy.Nos.384, 385 and 426/A, situated at Tellapur village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Medak District, in the names of the complainants by executing and getting registered regular sale deed along with delivery of physical and vacant possession thereof completed in all aspects and respects, valued Rs.91,30,008/-, to pay a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- towards damages and compensation, to pay Rs.50,000/- towards legal expenses, to pay the complainants interest on the amounts paid from the date of making payments till the date of transfer of the flat in the name of the complainants and to pay costs.
