This is an application filed by the Petitioner under Section-27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to initiate necessary proceedings against the Respondents/Opposite parties for non-compliance of the orders dated 29.04.2016 passed in CC No.66/2014 on the file of this Commission and punish them as per the provisions of Section-27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
