2.M/s Luxmi Agency, authorized service centre of Samsung India Electronics (Pvt.)Ltd. at near Dayal Singh College, Link road, Karnal through its authorized signatory.

                    Opposite Party no.2 ex parte.

ORDER:                   

                       

                        The learned counsel for the Opposite Party no.1 made statement that the Opposite Party no.1 is ready to pay Rs.4000/- to the  complainant within a period of thirty days subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the original job sheet to the Opposite Parties. Thereafter, complainant made  statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that  he will return the original job sheet to the Opposite Parties today itself and that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been reduced into writing separately.

 

 

 

 

 

2.                In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound of the statements made by their counsel and comply accordingly. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
