The complainant in proof of his case filed his affidavit evidence and
A perusal of the same would disclose that there was an Annexure to the policy.
Apart from it, the Photostat copy of the policy filed by the complainant shows that the Critical Illness Rider Benefit options are subjected to certain conditions mentioned in the Annexure.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
