Facts of the case in nutshell:-

                The complainant  Mr. Sushil Kumar Mishra install Jio Fiber box in the residence of the complainant on dt.07.04.2022 but after installing the same OP2 ( T.V) of the complainant has been not support the Jio Fiber for which the complainant repetedly complain to the OP.

                The complainant have paid Rs.5400/- ( Rupees Five thousand and four hundred) only to the Op for the service Complaint repeatedly request for the service but OP2 could not hear the grievance of the complainant.

                Complainant again complain before the authority of Jio Fiber office Bolangir but the authority of concern did not receive any complain hence. Complainant compiled to lodged complain before the authority concerned of Jio Fiber Head Office Bhubaneswar,  Mumbai Head Office  President Jio Fiber, Dist- Collector,  Bolangir C.M.S , P.M.O , P.M Grivence cell. First complain on dt.12.05.2022 . 2^nd complain dt.14.05.2022 . 3^rd complain 15.05.2022.

                Complainant relies on the following documents-

                Having gone through the complaint it’s accompanied documents and on hearing the complainant prima facie . It seemed to be a genuine case. Hence admitted and notice to the Ops were served but did not show any interest and complainant did not get any service from OP . So it is comes under deficiency in service and  the Ops did not appear before the court and sufficient opportunity has  been given to the OPs . so accordingly OPS are set experte from dt. 10.11.2022 and alleged by the complaint presumed to be true .

                So I feel and observe that the OPs are not interest to take part in this case hence order against the OPs as experte.

                                                                       Order

                I directed OP2 to pay back the taken amount of Rs.5400/- with interest @ 10% P.A from the date of not get any service from OPs .

                I further directed to pay 30,000/- towards mental agony and physical harassment and Rs.2000/- towards litigation expenses within one month from the date of receipt of order.

                Failing which the OPs are directed to pay the entire amount @ 12% per annum from the date of filing the present complainant till realization.

                                    No award as to cost .
