This Revision Petition is filed under Section 17(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying the Hon’ble Commission to allow the Revision Petition by setting aside the order dated 03.12.2014 passed by the Hon’ble District Forum-I, Hyderabad in I.A.No.190 of 2013 in C.D.No.67 of 2001.
No representation for Revision Petitioner. Counsel for R1 to R5 present. It is evident from the record that the Revision Petition was not present and there has been no representation on his behalf right from 31.08.2016 till date. Today also he is not present and there is no representation on his behalf. It seems that he is not interested in prosecuting the Revision Petition any further as he is not evincing any interest therein. In the circumstances there is no exception other than dismissing the Revision Petition which is hereby done.
