Extract of the Order No. 12 dated 06.12.2021

                         The case record is put up to-day on strength of petition filed by the complainant. The complainant has filed a memo shape of an affidavit stating that  during pendency of this case matter has been amicably settled in between the parties out of  the Courtand the complainant received the vehicle in question unconditionally from opposite party No- 5 & 6 . Therefore the complainant does not want to proceed with the case  further and want to withdraw the case.  Copy served upon the op without objection.

                           Heard. Allowed.. This case is hereby dismissed as withdrawn by the complainant.
