The case record is put up before Lok Adalat.  Both parties are present and filed a compromise petition stating therein that,  they have negotiated for a settlement at Rs.98,868/- towards full & final settlement of the dispute. The OPs are also agreed to pay the settled amount within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order.  Accordingly, the OPs are directed to pay the amount of Rs.98,868/- (Rupees ninety-eight thousand and eight hundred sixty-eight) only  to the complainant within the stipulated period of 45 days.  By virtue of this petition, the case is disposed off accordingly.
