Record is put up to-day on the strength of put-up petition field by the Advocate for the Complainant/DHR.

Complainant/DHR and his Advocate filed a joint petition stating therein that, OP/JDR has paid Rs.44,261/-(Rupees forty four thousand two hundred sixty one)only vide cheque No.801742 Dt.23/01/2018 towards compliance of order Dt.06/06/2017 in consumer complaint No. 22 of 2016 and prays before the Forum, thye may be permitted to withdraw the present Execution Application.

Gone though the joint petition filed by the Compplainant/DHR and his advocate and heard from both and Sri Omprakash Munda, the representative of Sony India Ltd and considered the petition filed by the Complainant/DHR.

The Complainant/DHR has received the decretal amount with interest till date and the total amount is Rs.44,261/-(Rupees forty four thousand two hundred sixty one)only towards full and final satisfaction of decretal amount order Dt.06/06/2017 on C.C.No.22 of 2016 and he has submitted a petition for withdraw of Execution Application and put their signature in the order sheet.

The petition filed by the Complainant/DHR is considered and he is allowed to withdraw his present Execution Application. The Execution Application is withdrawn, accordingly the case is disposed off.
