          Record is put up today. On call Complainant along with this engaged Advocates are present in this Commission. O.P. No.1,2,3 are absent & no steps taken. Considered the petition filed by the Advocate on behalf of O.P. No.4 earlier & the petition is allowed. The office is directed to hand over the Cheque bearing No. 006305 dtd. 20.08.2021 amounting to Rs. 37,500/- in favour of the Complainant filed by the O.P. No.1 with proper acknowledgement. The Complainant is agree to drop the proceeding as he has received the claim amount & full satisfaction by the act of the O.Ps & pray to drop the proceeding.

          In view of the above the case is dropped as the “Not Press Memo” filed by the Complainant.

          Accordingly the case is disposed off.
