          This is a complaint filed u/s 12  of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the Opposite Party to refund to the complainant the wrongful excess amount of Rs.66/- charged from him;  to pay the complainant a sum of Rs.25,000/- as compensation for the mental agony suffered by him due to the deficiency of service, negligence and unfair trade practice; to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- towards cost of this complaint.          

          2. Notice to the opposite parties were duly served and the opposite party's Manager present, hence, the matter was posted for reply version.     

          3. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant and the opposite party present.  Counsel for complainant present.  Full and complete satisfaction memo filed by both the parties.  In view of the memo, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed.  The memo is the part and parcel of the order.    No costs.
