Perused record,  documents filed by complainant & withdrawal pursis, it appears that OP has executed sale deed in favour complainant. Matter is resolved both the parties. Complainant wants to withdraw present matter by pursis.

Considering the compliance made by OP and   withdrawal pursis moved by complainant  matter  is disposed as withdrawn.
