Ordered

that the case be and the same is allowed on contest with cost of Rs.5,000/- against all the O.Ps.

All the O.Ps. shall have to pay a sum of Rs. Two Lakhs as compensation to the complainant's gardian Samar Kumar Mitra for causing mental pain and agony and loss of huge money for treatment of Devapriya and also for harassing him  and his family and said Devapriya  and also causing irreparable damages to the life of Devapriya and said conmpeansation amount shall be paid to the complainant within one month from the date of this order positively but if the O.Ps. fail to comply the order within that stipulated period in that case for each day's delay O.Ps. shall pay punitive damages at teh rate of Rs.300/- per day till full satisfaction of the decree and even for disobeyance of the Forum's order penal proceeding shall be started for which they shall be liable.
